This is the time of year when we get to design albums.  It’s always a really fun time for us because we get to revisit these AMAZING weddings and remember what a great time we had getting to know all these awesome couples!

These albums are hand crafted, leather bound, custom designed, unique works of art!  They are the final product of hours, and hours of hard work and we couldn’t be prouder!

This particular album was created from Bill and Kara’s amazing wedding in Santorini, Greece.  It’s still one of our favorite weddings and favorite couples….Enjoy!!

Darren and Ariane….A Whidbey Island Wedding

Ali and I photographed Darren and Ariane’s wedding on Whidbey Island this November.  The rainey November weather took a break just long enough for us to sneak out and take advantage of the amazing skies!  The wedding was an intimate little affair with about 300 of Darren and Ariane’s closest friends and family members as guests.  It was a beautiful day, and with Ariane’s awesome organizational skills it went off without a hitch.  In the end two people who love each other very much were married….forever to be known as Dariane.

Beautiful images. I love the blue coloring enhancing the cool and crisp temperatures that day. It was fun working with you guys, I look forward to doing again soon. Video from Dariane's wedding can be found at. http://vimeo.com/18520555

Tom and Larissa…Whidbey Island and Seattle Engagement Session

Due to a little bad weather during out first try at Tom and Larissa’s Engagement Session we only made it through about half of the session so we rescheduled and finished the session on another day in a totally different location.  It really ended up working out nicely.  The more variety the better!!  We started their session the first day on Whidbey Island, and finished the in Seattle a few weeks later.

Jeremy and Leilani…A Wedding in Hana, Hawaii

Ali and I traveled to Hana, Hawaii on the island of Maui to photograph Jeremy and Leilani’s wedding.  What an absolutely incredible experience!!

We first met Jeremy and Leilani in Anacortes (near Seattle) when we photographed their Engagement Session. We’ve had a blast getting to know them, and their families!

The wedding took place on a beautiful piece of land overlooking Koki beach just outside of the town of Hana.  Ali and I arrived at the house while everyone was getting ready so we could photgraph the guys before the wedding….they were nowhere to be found, but about 15 minutes later Jeremy and his best man Dean wandered up from the beach with big smiles on their faces and freshly speared fish in their hands.  In no time at all they went from surf shorts and speared fish to tux’s and ties.  Hawaii time is a very real thing…. And that’s how the day went….. Jeremy and Leilani both just seemed to relax and let it unfold the way that it was meant to.  Immediately after the ceremony we headed down to the beach with the wedding party…just as we stepped on the sand the skies opened and it began to rain.  I looked around expecting panic but all I saw were smiles.  Leilani just kicked off her shoes and headed out to the beach without a care in the world.  In paradise it only rains for a short time, you get wet, then you dry off and everything seems even more beautiful.  Jeremy and Leilani’s wedding day was perfect.  Two people who love each other very much stood up in front of their families and friends and made a promise to each other…..Jeremy and Leilani are MARRIED!!

Ali and I feel so blessed to have been a small part of such an amazing experience in such an extraordinary place.

Eric, The slide show is absolutely amazingly beautiful! You folks are truly Artists. Thank you so much for creating a bunch of pictures that convey the love, beauty, happiness, and aloha that was present those few, and short days in paradise. You know that by sharing all the beauty and wonder with this family, you and Ali are and will always be O'Hana. We are connected through God's wonders and a family that is filled with love. Love to you and Ali….Michael

Day After Bridal Session…..Lahaina, Hawaii

These are just a few of my very favorite images from Leilani’s KILLER day after bridal session at the Westin Hotel…Lahaina, Hawaii.  Ali and I traveled to Hawaii to photograph Leilani and Jeremy’s wedding….getting to do a “trash the dress” session a few days later was just a sweet little bonus!!  I thought I would give everyone a little teaser before I post the wedding slideshow which is coming soon!!
